When you think cardio, you are probably like a lot of people and all you think about is the treadmill or going for a nice jog around the neighborhood. However, this is not effective cardio training. Maybe you have heard of interval training which is what your cardio training should be like. But even that can get pretty redundant. What you need is to involve your partner or spouse in your cardio training.

My spouse and I play pretty intense catches of frisbee. This is really fun because it keeps you sprinting all over the place as well throwing something. It can be so not stop that you will be out of breath before you know it. Not to mention the fact that it’s really fun to do and it can even help bring you too closer together.

Mix in fat burning exercises along with playing catch about three days a week and you’ll be seeing amazing results. It’s also a really great way to help with stress and anxiety levels too.

Don’t roll your eyes about this. Get out there buy a frisbee and go have some fun. There will probably be a learning curve involved but it will let you have a great time.
